Personality: Inga's had years and years to amass power, and he knows it. He's not afraid to put pressure on anyone making moves he doesn't like, be that through explicit strongarming or through more insidious means. If he has one soft spot, it's his daughter, Rayfa.

Misc Facts: Inga suffers from chronic back pain and takes an injected painkiller to manage it.

Friends and Family: Father of Rayfa Padma and husband of Ga'ran Sigatar.

English: "Inga" means "karma", or "cause and effect". "Karakuru" means "to manipulate".

Background: Inga married the current queen, Ga'ran, a long time ago and was soon appointed justice minister. Since then he's built up a network of influence and power across and outside the country.
